Opportunity

Executing a comprehensive rebranding initiative company-wide for iOS, Android, and responsive web.

While a London-based design agency crafted the rebrand styling initially designed for print, our task involved transforming the branding into a digital-friendly palette and assets that comply with AA accessibility standards.

The Solution

Initially, our team comprised a Design lead, a UX designer, a UI designer, a Product Manager, an iOS developer, an Android developer, a web developer, and a copywriter. Subsequently, we brought in an additional UI designer to accommodate the increased workload.

My involvement spanned all stages of development, encompassing:

  • Design sprints

  • AB testing & Gorilla testing

  • Wireframing

  • Creation of low and high-fidelity designs and prototypes

  • Handovers to the development team

  • QA product testing

I collaborated with other designers throughout the organization to ensure brand consistency.

The Outcome

  • An inclusive digital brand assets package featuring:

    • Fonts

    • Colours

    • Icons

    • Tone of voice

    • Platform-specific assets

  • Applied to rebranding efforts across iOS, Android, and responsive website platforms.
